This is my first blog, so I don’t really know where to start. This blog is intended to be encouraging as well as being informative. I have experienced pain and suffering through my own experiences and pain and suffering of others while working in a domestic violence shelter. Using art as an expression and a healing tool.

I have shared and will share more in the future. The picture that was on front page was done while working at the shelter. It means a lot to me because, a picture is worth a thousand words and this says a lot. (the picture can now be viewed in artistic inspirations)

I hope this picture is thought provoking. With deep reflection, help us in regards to how we affect those around us.

My hope is to open our hearts and minds to the truth. To show how we affect those around us, to inspire healing through the many art forms and expressions available etc.

Wow!!… I am so excited to be a part of your first launch of your blog!!…I think this could become a fantastic foundation and great format to help thousands of people with just a few sentences and paragraphs!!…I am sure there are many people out there that will feel so much better knowing that others have suffered in similar circumstances and not feel so alone… This can be the start of their own personal healing process and I am so excited to be apart of that for sure!!…It is awesome that this opens the doors as well to other peoples own personal reflections.. I can’t wait to see what your next post will be…I feel an adventure in hope is right around the corner.. thank you so much for the opportunity.

      Thank You.

It is my hope that I will touch many hearts, to help others realize how powerful words are, and how they affect the person they are intended to hurt.
We should be mindful of our words before they come rolling off our tongue.
